By booking an appointment or purchasing from us, you agree to the simple terms below.

Bookings & Cancellations

We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged according to our cancellation policy.

Payments

All payments must be completed at the time of your appointment.

We accept all major payment methods.

Spray Tan Prep & Aftercare

For the best results, please follow our prep and aftercare instructions.

Because every skin type is unique, results may vary—but we’ll always do our best to give you a gorgeous glow.

Liability

We use high-quality professional products, but we are not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, medications, or skin conditions.

We also can’t guarantee against staining on clothing, sheets, or personal items. While this is rare, it can happen with silk and wool.

(We recommend dark, loose clothing after your tan! 🤎)

Returns & Refunds

Spray tan solutions and products: Final sale — no returns or refunds.

Equipment: 14-day return policy for unused items (restocking fee applies).

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule to keep other clients on time.

Privacy

Your personal information is kept private and used only to manage your appointments, purchases, or communication with us. We never sell or share your info.
